Our patented modular building system used in all our buildings, allows us to build up to five times faster than conventional brick and mortar. In addition to the NHBRC structural warranty covering the structure of our homes, we provide a full product warranty for the pre-stressed, pre-cast, high grade concrete thermal wall panels. The roof is also covered by a separate product warranty. But the system is not only fast-build, it is extremely durable. We have built thousands of houses in the low-cost subsidy and affordable sector during the last three decades, and not a single structural failure.
